North Americans have a special place in their hearts for Scotland. They are enamored with—and can recite a long list of—Scottish icons: bagpipes, castles, kilts, whisky, mountains, golf…Problem was, they had no idea what they would do in Scotland if they ever got there. As such, we turned Scottish icons into experiential icons, and communicated how North American visitors could interact with both them and the people of Scotland.
