Jennifer has worked across the CARICOM Caribbean advising and supporting the efforts of regional agencies, national governments and the private sector in the area of policy, planning and strategy development.

This includes efforts related to Climate Change and Risk Resilience Strategies; ClusterDevelopment and Planning; Institutional Strengthening and Change Management; Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; Investment Promotion and more. Working in Caribbean development, Jennifer been involved with a range of development agencies on programs such as those of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB); theWorld Bank (WB); the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB); the Commonwealth Secretariat; the CARICOM Secretariat and others.

With the impact of COVID-19, Jennifer has been called on by the CARICOM WorkingGroup to utilise her expertise and over 25 years of experience to lead in outlining core guidelines for the safe resumption of business operations in key tourism sub-sectors. Jennifer continues to support national governments in their COVID-19 recovery and further development efforts and is a firm advocate for re-thinking strategies for economy recovery, job creation, and the continued development of the Caribbean region.
